hi guys
well, i have a problem, i saw that vegas doesnt have support for the 3080ti, at least not mine, and i downloaded voukoder cause i saw in YT that it would work for the rtx 3000 series
but even if i do what people say, the GPU is only at 30% of its power, man, i bought this GPU for productivity, and now i see it doesnt work with almost any program, im so sad 
if it supports the 3080ti, then pls tell me how to make it work
Are you using an effect that is not supported by your gpu?
Your cpu and ram may be causing a bottleneck
What do you mean by doesn't support? Try the current Studio Driver. Other 3080s work, I'd be surprised if the Ti version doesn't.

For % of the GPU used, just looking at one figure is almost useless. Click on the GPU and see decoding, 3D, CUDA and encoding and watch what it does during a NVENC render.
