So, having some problems with rendering in HEVC NVENC in vegas pro 15 and 14 (tried both. I don't think its the problem with them).
The same issue as couleur mentioned. Any ideas of fixing or what can cause this issue?

Can you enable "low level debugging" in the settings and share the logfile again?

Same in Vegas pro 19, it renders straight to 100% with any setting.

The encoder failed to start, and was not able to send a "fail" API call to Voukoder (my theory), probably are because of those unsupported graphic cards

Please try to upgrade to Voukoder 11.2

P.S.: This can also happen if you feed interlaced videos to RTX 20xx (or newer)
