File size too big with h264

Hi.

My friend sent me his Voukoder render settings for Twitter gameplay videos, it's h264 (x264) I will leave pictures below.

I tried it out and the file size is 280 MB but the video is only 16 seconds long. isn't that too much? even Twitter won't handle it, it gets stuck at 99% processing.

Maybe share the full settings? This screenshot is only showing a few.

You can reduce the quality by changing quantizer from say 17 to 23 and see if that yields file sizes you are happy with.

The general recommended setting aren't a bad place to start from, either.

Change the preset from Default (I consider it trash because of CQP) to anyother preset would be better.
