Support for FFVHuff (HuffYUV) and other UTvideo codec options

I noticed FFVHuff isn't an option available, but it's an encoding option available in FFMPEG, available in 8, 10, and 16 variants and variable color spaces. Is there means to add this option myself, or are there any plans to include it? It's a fairly popular archiving format, since it's high quality, and may be larger than FFV1 but is infinitely better to work with in comparison in NLEs and VS.
