Can't open "Configure Voukoder"

Hello, I did a lot of research before asking you the question.

I'm using Resolve Studio 18.6, and I've downloaded the latest connector for Resolve: 0.12.4.

I can see the plugin in the Deliver section, but when I click on "Configure Voukoder," the window doesn't open. I have Windows 11 Pro, and I've also tried it in administrator mode. I've checked the firewall, and Resolve is allowed.

I install it to C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\IOPlugins\voukoder_plugin.dvcp.bundle

Can you help me use this incredible plugin?
