Just a simple mistake about frame time base.
-------------------------
I used Voukoder to export video in PR2023, but the exported video picture and sound got out of sync. The length of sound is correct, but picture seems to be static and the total time become too long, a 15min video became 18+hours.
I tried h264, h265, with software and nvenc, but all output had same problem. I checked video and sound parameters, which was the same as PR default settings and usable for PR encoders. I used Windows Media Player and Potplayer to play the video and got the same result.
with h264 software sometimes I got warning from PR said "Media Encoder!"
