Can't uninstall Voukoder, used an unofficial script.

I wanted to port Voukoder to Premiere Pro and used an unofficial script (ver. 13.4.2) , it didn't work and then i tried installing it manually (ver. 13.4.1). I couldn't install it because of an error: "A later version of Voukoder is already installed"

What do i even do at this point?
