Problem loading Voukoder into Vegas Pro 21

Hi. I have just moved from Vegas 18 to 21 and cannot get Voukoder to appear in the "render as" list. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Voukoder many times without any joy. I must be doing something wrong but don't know what. I had it working in 18 but having uninstalled Voukoder I can't get it to work in 18 either now. What could I be doing wrong? I am getting the message "The Voukoder core installation could not be found. Please go to https://www.voukoder.org and install the core component". Any help gratefully received. Many thanks, Steve.

hi Vouk, and thanks for your reply. Yes, I installed both downloads, Voukoder first then connector for Vegas 21. Ran Voukoder installer, ran ok, then connector, again ran ok, but when I started Vegas it does not list Voukoder as an option in "render as". I did wonder if I should install Voukoder and run it, then install connector and run it, but same result. I've tried restarting the PC then running Vegas, but still no joy. Steve.
