Can't export HEVC after AMD driver 24.6.1

I have been using Voukoder pro for about 3 or more months.

I have a 7900XT graphics card

Since I installed the lastest AMD graphics driver 24.6.1 I'm having huge trouble trying to export HEVC with Voukoder Pro from Premiere pro

Here is a screenshot of the error that shows sometimes. Other times premiere refuses to export at all, other times it straight up crashes.

I have tried exporting with media encoder, that also failed.

I updated to the latest voukoder pro 1.2.5 ( think I was on a beta before)
I tried reverting my driver (though I didn't do DDU to remove the old one) that didn't help

I can still export using h265 with the one built into premiere pro. Though I switched to voukoder because the quality from that is worse.

Even prior to this Voukoder used to fail to export maybe 1/3 times I tried, though usually if I just pressed export again it would work so I didn't care.

I did some more testing and found that if all the footage in the project is HEVC then I can export with voukoder in h265. (at least for relatively simple projects)

However if I have other video formats like h264 or prores it will crash.
