Connector not working Vegas Pro 22 on 1 computer

I installed the latest version of Voukoder (voukoder-13.4.1.msi) on 2 computers with the connector for Vegas Pro 22 (connector-vegas22-1.0.0.msi). It is working on 1 computer, but not the other. I even verified that the files were installed correctly:

C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 22.0\Voukoder-x64.fio2007-config
C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 22.0\FileIO Plug-Ins\voukoderplug\voukoderplug.dll

I have even copied the files manually and reinstalled Vegas 22 three times on the computer it's not working on and uninstalled Voukder/reinstalled and repaired the install, but nothing is working. I don't have any failures on install or when I render a video - Voukoder is just not there. I did get a virus warning on the connector for Vegas 22 and had to turn off antivirus to install until I tell the computer to allow the file.

I have Vegas 21 installed also and it works on version 21 with the connector.

Could having the connector for Vegas 21 be causing an issue? Thanks!

Thank you! I completely forgot about clearing the cache. It took repairing the connector and clearing the cache several times before it showed up.
