Video duration increased?

Hey, so whenever I try rendering on premiere pro 2024, it seems like my video duration gets increased and there's lots of blank/glitched out video at the start, any idea what causes this? Thanks.

It's just like glitched empty space before the video file actually starts playing


I rendered out a 3 minute section in premiere, and got a 49 minute video out. I can send you the video file itself if needed.
