Designer does not open, missing environment variable

I installed the latest Voukoder Pro build (as of 2025-01-30) and GPL FFmpeg library after that. It looks like Designer is not picking up the environment variable contents:

Please make sure the VOUKODERPRO_HOME environment variable is set to the directory where the library is located.

I've confirmed it has been set:

> echo %voukoderpro_home%
C:\Program Files\VoukoderPro\

I am on W11 23H2 (10.0.22631.4751), the installer prompted for UAC elevation during installation which I provided.

That sorted it. I was curious why VK wasn't picking it up despite the environment variable updating immediately.
