    Making 1.0.3 a public release now.

    Changes:

    • Aborting the up-to-date check after 10s network inactivity
    • x265: Fixed CQP parameter
    • nvenc: Fixed the "buffersize" parameter for both hevc and h264
    • Introduced piping as POC
    • Fixed high bit-depth encoding
