When exporting using libx265 3840x2160, Flac with Matroska: Profile/Level/Tier settings are ignored.
Profile: Main, Level: 5.1, Tier: High shows in MediaInfo as Format profile : Main@L5@Main

I need to add the "tier" option to libx265 again.

Added the tier option again.
It is not shown in the line you mentioned, but it is shown below in the x265 encoding options.
Tier will be in 2.0.7
