I set the min. required driver version to 418.81.

Although my latest driver is newer than this one I see some complications.
If you could explain more on this decision and on how could this hold you back on development.
I understand many of them as I have written code on my own in the past.
Will this be only for nvenc encoding or ?
As is shown here my previous drivers were 411.63 if I remember correctly and I think that I have some issues with the latest drivers.
I'm not sure 100%, but this could leave me or some users out of options.

Yes, this is only relevant for NVENC encoding.
To compile the FFmpeg project I need for voukoder I also need the nv-codec-headers (https://github.com/FFmpeg/nv-codec-headers). These make use of the NVidia SDK. This driver version was the first driver version supporting SDK 9.0. Maybe I could even go back to SDK 8 and make it compatible with a driver version < 400. Did not test it yet though.
