There are no more known bugs left! Please test this release as good as you can and report all issues you may find.

Changes:
- Audio resampling should not be noisy anymore
- Unicode support for files (Chinese, Russian, etc. characters finally work)
- Encoding of interlaced sources has been fixed
- Pixel aspect ratio (PAR, DAR and SAR) has been fixed
- You can now encode video streams only (without audio)
