Voukoder R2 Wrong : GPU 1% used time export very long

This is most likely the reason. Decoding UHD HEVC (with maybe no GPU acceleration) can be tough. But this is a Premiere issue, not a Voukoder issue. You might ask Adobe if there is a way to improve this.

Today I updated to version 2.07 (thanks for supporting the product!). I converted my source video to mp4 with h.264 using ffmpeg and then I tried to render the video. All the same, my GPU 2-3% used time export, CUDA is disabled in the project settings.

Did you ask the Adobe support?

I have not yet contacted support. I'm more confused by the fact that Nvenc didn't work on my system from the nvenc4everyone. But in some cases I managed to load the GPU by 30-40% with both your software and Nvenc. Trying to gather more information.

Doesn't seem to work for me, either. My system is fairly old, but I was surprised to find that normal x264 rendering was pretty much as fast as NVENC, so I looked at the gpu usage. Newest nvidia studio driver, encoding with NVENC.

Okay, I'll try on a different system, soon. I'm just a bit confused because there seems to be almost no gpu usage. The 1050 Ti ist not very strong, obviously, but I thought my (old) 4-core cpu would be adequately fast to provide it with data to get a faster encode than just with the cpu. It turns out to be slightly faster, but not by much (3:09 vs 3:58). I tried with handbrake NVENC and it was marginally faster (2:40), but again very low gpu usage. Does that mean my cpu is the bottleneck? This is so weird... my much slower laptop with a Pentium processor is much faster when I use handbrake and quicksync.

Out of curiosity: Could you provide me with a download link for 1.21? I would like to try if it uses the gpu differently.
