I maintain that Premiere Rush would be good to make a connector for, It's a very convenient video editor that's much lighter and easier to use than Premiere Pro.

Forget that editor! choose Media Composer or Premiere Pro.

It has recently become very popular and many companies are developing plug-ins for it.
You do not need to have a Mac, you can also develop a plugin with Hackintosh!:

I will not add any more connectors to Voukoder (unless there is a very good reason to do so). It's internal interface is just too limited which makes hacks/workarounds necessary. I am currently working on the voukoder successor, and when this is ready I might also add support for other programs (i.e. Avid).

It would be REALLY awesome if there was a connector for Topaz Video AI. I use it frequently, and the only reasonable option for working with long videos is their h265 option. They have a VP9 export option, but the render time was laughably absurd. Primarily, I am looking to get access to AV1 exporting. As it is now, I either export to h265, or do the export to prores then convert the file to AV1. Those 1TB files eat up space pretty quickly.
Anyway...I vote for Topaz Video AI -
I would again like to suggest Adobe Premiere Rush, a lighter but more intuitive video editor compared to Adobe Premiere.
