Vegas 17 (421) doesn't get past "Creating file I/O manager" when Connector 0.6.1 is installed.
As soon as I uninstall it it works again.
Worked fine with Connector 0.5.

I'll investigate that.
That's strange, not having that issue with Vegas 17 (421) on my end.....
As a side note, make sure you have the latest .net framework installed.

Lan-Na Can you please stop cross-posting this in various forums, twitter and threads? I am working on it.
Steve Rhoden (Hentys) Voukoder does not need the .NET framework
I know voukoder does not need the .net framework to work. I mentioned it as a side note to the original poster as his issue
could be coming from some other Vegas component that ties in with the "file I/O manager" and .Net framework.
And again thanks for your dedication to this project!

Hello Sorry, I have thought that the 4rc1's GIF problem is already fixed in 4 formal version. Unexpectedly it is still exist in 4 formal version. I mistakenly thought only me have this problem.
Lan-Na No, i need to Improve the connector to be able to select gif. It does not depend on a voukoder release.

Sorry for the slow reply. AFAIR I let it load for about 5 mins before killing Vegas.

It's definitely Voukoder 0.6.1 that's causing the issue. After uninstalling it works again. Installing it again causes the same issue. With 0.5 it works again.
ok.... Well then just simply use an older connector until Vouk gets it sorted out.
Same issue with connector 0.7.0
Is there any disadvantage to using the old connecter?
Not really.
So 0.7 is not working, but 0.6.1 works?
Should be fixed with 0.7.2
