AV1 codec problem media encoder

I have a problem with the encoding of AV1 on media encoder. I do things normally, I encode in professional mode for quality, in variable (since in constant quality does not work with encoding, its puts me a yellow cross) its works in variable, but during encoding , nothing happens, its launched, but nothing ... I don't understand.

I remade in 1920x1080 format, normal size, its does the same thing, its load, but nothing happens. His leash as on my capture, his load but his does nothing. I don't understand where it can come from? For me it doesn't work
