Voukoder 5 - unable to initialize the encoder

I ask you to help me figure it out - when I try to encode Vuokoder into Premiere Pro, I get this error - "unable to initialize the encoder" I tried to use both h264 nvenc and just h264 with standard settings. I also tried according to your recommendation to set Select bwdif or yadif in the filters - the result is the same. I use the latest nvidea drivers - nvidia studio driver 442.92 from 04.16.2020 I attach a screen of error shots, as well as log files for each option. Just in case, I attach a Dxdiag report. Thank you so much for the quick reply. indeed, it was the FPS difference !. Please tell me more on what it depends on what settings the use of a video card by a coder. Sometimes the video encodes and the video card is loaded at 90-100%, but now only 15%. Where can this be set up? many thanks again
