Voukoder crashes with user settings in Premiere Pro

Dear friends, please help me.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. But Premiere Pro crashes every time, when I'm encoding video with custom settings.

If I create a new sequence based on video. Video encoding is normal. Even if I change the size of the video (not the frame size of the sequence), add effects, crop the length of the video.

But if I create a custom sequence, the video will not be encoded. Premiere pro just crashes.

Settings of voukoder are default. This problem was in both version 4 and version 5.
