I found out that the voukoder has an error! Please check it out too!

voukoder 7.1 with this config expoert 4 frame ref same as adobe export info for me

but smal bug is only wehn forward or backward play video is with some delay !

my os windows8.1 x64 16g ram cpu corei5 vga gtx1050 with latest driver and SSD drive

also i attach 4 B frame ref and video info that export by voukoder7.1 via premiere 2018

noly deffrence is premiere codec id use mp42 but voukoder use mp41
