As the title says.
Can we please get this option so the encoder is set to Nvidia NVENC (or any choice of ours) by default instead of opening the Voukoder Dialog box and changing it every time.

10.1 is a hot fix. Its just fixing one major issue.
Normally the voukoder dialog will be opened with the currently selected preset.
Yes, in DVR you can't store presets AFAIK. But I guess you also want to save / preselect your favorite nvenc options/settings, right? And if we can do this with the video encoder we should be able to do this with audio too. Just like with the output settings. Seems we talking about a preset manager now ...

You are using Vegas? Can't you save it as a custom template with your desired settings?

I can, but that saves other settings of the project that I don't want in the template so no use for me to just save a custom template as the desired settings vary for each project.

What other project settings? Voukoder ignores Vegas project settings.
Just set the render settings you want (I made a generic one with the encoder/quality I want and then a second that adds a filter to downscale to HD for when I want to do that in Voukoder).

What I do is copy the old project file (Premiere) and start from there, so Voukoder is somehow configured with it, it might not be the same on Vegas

Any updates to this? It's very annoying that I have to set each setting every single time in Resolve.

This issue will be addressed in the Voukoder successor app i am currently working on.

Adobe has kind of provided a solution already: simply create a blank project template with configured Voukoder export settings, after that you just always choose the configured template to start your editing.

In VoukoderPro you can create and reuse extensive "Scenes" representing your encoding workflow. You can even configure defaults for each node.
