I came here to report this bug and I found it already reported 
But with another version of DaVinci (I didn't update to 17.4).
All ProRes clips are going out with incorrect duration after I upgraded to Voukoder 10. Here are the samples, one clip rendered with Voukoder 10 and the same clip after downgrading to 9.3
Can you try if this version fixes it?

Hey there, thanks for posting this! Perhaps we could break up the forum by Application? Resolve, Vegas, Premiere, etc?
I've installed your latest version of voukoder 10.1, downloaded and created the directories to install the connector 0.7.
I am working in Resolve 17.4.1 I've restarted my machine (just in case).
The Voukoder drop down does NOT appear in my export settings. What have I done incorrectly? Apologies for the newbie question, but perhaps this will help others, too?
If/When this works for ProRes exports, I'd be delighted to donate to your wonderful project!

First, are you using the free version of DVR or the Studio version? The free version does not support external plugins.

Be careful! You have to copy it to ProgramData not Program Files!
i.e. C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\IOPlugins
It will not appear in the export menu. It should be listed in the "Format" dropdown in the "Deliver" section:

SOLVED.
I hope this helps others who immediately go to Program Files instead of ProgramData.
One note for others: You'll need to set your windows settings to "show hidden files" in order to see this folder. Hope this helps.
