In Davinci, one can not turn off the video option and still have Voukoder be selectable as an output option. Video export check box must be checked to have Voukoder active. There is an "audio only" option output in Davinci, but Voukoder doesn't show up in the option list if that is attempted.
In Premiere or Media Encoder, one can turn off video and export audio-only MKVs for example.
Could audio-only MP4, MKV, etc, be an option in Davinci?
