Custom framerates

Hi. I work with 8mm and 16mm films and we like to encode using Voukoder. However, a lot of movies are 17fps. Voukoder / Premiere Pro only allows "18 (Super 8)"fps. So, because we want to avoid interpolating the movies, we export them as 18fps.

So, it would be amazing if you could introduce custom framerates.

I know there's a paid alternative to Voukoder that has that option. I obviously didn't want to give them my money when a simple little improvement can solve my issue.
