ProRes exports have wrong timecode

Hi all,

I noticed recently that any ProRes exports don't carry source timecode, the timecode seems slipped by a few minutes. What could be causing this issue? I don't see any timecode-related settings in the Voukoder window. Rendering as anything else, not using Voukoder, resolves the issue. But of course I'd like to use Voukoder for ProRes exports.
FYI: Source footage is 23.976 and project/exports are as well so no mixed frame rates.

Export any footage with timecode as ProRes 422 HQ or ProRes 4444, timecode will be different than the source clip

Not sure if this is helpful but I am finding the same behaviour. A timecode of 18:12:16:07 in a 23.976 timeline comes back through vokouder as 18:13:21:20 when rendering a prores 422 HQ. Correct frames are coming through but it is changing the timecode.

In the logs under options it has the incorrect starting timecode listed. Using Voukoder 10.2 (10.2.149)

Is it possible this is only happening when having a 23.976 timeline? Could be a rounding error.

Edit: Found the reason for this issue and investigating for a fix.
