if got a problem with Voukoder. I installed the lastest version of Voukoder to run with Movie Studio 17, using Platinum Edition, to get the best results from GoPro Videos.
I've installed the latest version of Voukoder and the connector, but didn't get in running. Movie Studio crashes/close unexpectly when clicking on the dialogue "Render as...." or i get the attached error.
I also tried different versions of voukoder and connectors, same result.
When i'm using a connector for version 18/19 I can get into the dialogue and the settings, but then it doesn't render. This should be expected.
Anyone there having the sam problem or advice how to fix it?
