I'm having a bit of a problem, and I couldn't find anything similar both on these forums and on the internet in general, so I'm posting this in hopes to get some help.
I installed the Core in "C:\Program Files\Voukoder" and the connector in "C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 12.0\", checked that all the files were in the right folders (the config one in the root of Vegas Pro 12.0, the folder with the dll in FileIO Plug-Ins) and started Vegas. Everything is fine until this point, but then I go to click on Render As and when Vegas tries to load the render templates, it simply closes, no error, no "not responding" with a need to force close, nothing, it just disappears.
While troubleshooting, I obviously uninstalled the newest thing: Voukoder. I uninstalled the connector first, and Vegas worked fine again, but obviously didn't give me the option to render using Voukoder. I then reinstalled the connector, and got the problem again. So I uninstalled the Core, and upon starting Vegas I got the error message saying it couldn't find a Voukoder installation (i'm paraphrasing on this one, sorry), as expected, and I could render since the Voukoder option wouldn't be in the render templates anyway. I can see Voukoder in the About section of Vegas, so I'm a little lost.
What could cause this problem? It seems to crash when loading the Voukoder render template in the list of templates, but I don't know why it'd do that. I'd have been less surprised if it crashed after I picked it and started an actual rendering process, but to just crash on creating the list is... weird.
