The voukoder setting configuration is accessible only with internet connexion ( without, it not works)

It works, problem in my new version Premiere Pro (13.1) Project , I have reinstalled the version 13.0.3 it works

Voukoder 1.2 is working fine , any problem

Just , i have updated my voukoder to R2 version
