hahaha not a bug? Vouk I meant Voukoder version 10 not windows 10 I just updated from 9.3 to 10.1 and that did it

With the installation of version 10 the problem is gone.

Yep

If I set any other fps in the sequence there's no issue. It's only for 23,976 for some reason.

It's Premiere Pro 2018 if it matters.
