Hi, the Windows Store version does not have any installation key, it is bound to my Microsoft account and there is no installation key shown anywhere. I believe it works the similar way with other programs purchased in the Windows Store. Installing the desktop version along does not solve the problem for me. I think I will try once again after I reinstall the system (probably will try this before the New Year). Anyway, thanks for assisting me with the issue! I am looking forward to get wider export possibilities then, hopefully (I am currently using Virtual Dub as the secondary converter/transcoder of my renders, so it would be great to get desired results directly from VEGAS).

Similar to the other apps purchased from the Windows Store, it is installed in the hidden protected folder WindowsApps in the Program Files folder

My path for VEGAS 17 Edit Windows Store Edition

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\VEGASCreativeSoftware.VEGASPro17EditWindowsStoreEd_17.0.388.0_x64__60dw4xhwq0ser

There is folder Vegas Pro 17.0 inside that ultra-long-name folder, and I found there also that folder with plugins (FileIO Plugins) mentioned elsewhere in this forum and the Voukoder is not there... But it got installed in the regular folder, where normal installation (the common VEGAS desktop version) would appear (Program Files - VEGAS - Vegas Pro 17.0... ). I am not an expert, but is there any method, how to make the program to install it inside the WindowsApps folder to ...?

    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\VEGASCreativeSoftware.VEGASPro17EditWindowsStoreEd_17.0.388.0_x64__60dw4xhwq0ser\VEGAS Pro 17.0

Unfortunately, even though I was able to unlock the access for viewing the files (so I could provide the path above), for some reason I am not able to copy the files there, It denies me the rights in spite of being administrator (even from the Administrator account login it would not work - I guess the reinstallation of Windows might work, but I really do not want to do that).

Hello, please, I am using VEGAS Pro 17 Edit Windows Store Edition. I installed the newest versions of Voukoder and the Vegas Connector, but even after resetting VEGAS using your instructions (ticking the box with clear cache option) and restarting, nothing shows up in the render options. Should I try a complete reinstallation of the program from the Windows Store?
