Simple question: the initial download "libfdk-aac.zip"... is the latest version of FDK AAC Encoder??
VBR in HE-AAC is possible now??

UPDATE: Same thing with the flag "Enable Faststart"..

Seems this is only happening with x264/x265 encoders. It should be fixed in the next release.

I can also confim this bug... even with the latest 2.2 Version, on Updated Premiere Pro CC 2019!
