It sounds like you're facing a codec compatibility issue with Windows 10 and the Adobe suite. When rendering H.265 with NVIDIA HEVC, some compatibility hiccups can occur, especially with MP4 or AVI formats. It's not uncommon; I've seen similar issues in various forums. MKV format generally has better support for H.265, which is likely why you're not facing issues there.

I am using both Voukoder R2 and 1.2 and there is a lot of diff in encoding R2 just not using full resources and hence encode slowly as compared to 1.2

Thanks for answering and you are right its ridiculously slow I just thought I should mention that because there was no talk about AV1.

I am very grateful to you for this extension. I think its the best extension for normal video editor and every one should use this. And there is a suggestion about adding AV1 support not HW because HW encoding is not available yet. You might add it on latter version but add lib Support for software encoding. Loves
