Same file size for different CRF values

I can't see a visual difference between CRF=1 and CRF=51 but the file size difference is huge in this case (6.17 GB vs 328.2 GB).

Apparently, there are file size differences after all.

crf01.mp4 --> 6.17 GB

crf14.mp4 --> 528.8 MB

crf23.mp4 --> 328.2 MB

crf40.mp4 --> 328.2 MB

crf51.mp4 --> 328.2 MB

I'm using Voukoder 12.2 and Davinci 18.1.3.

Irrespective of the CRF value in Voukoder the resulting file size stays the same.

crf=40.000 noise_reduction=8 opencl=1 preset=medium rc=crf x264-params=qpmax=24:chroma-qp-offset=-2:aq-mode=3:aq-strength=0.800:rc-lookahead=110:keyint=480:min-keyint=3:bframes=11:b-adapt=2:ref=3:deblock=0:direct=auto:no-weightb=0:me=umh:merange=32:subme=10:psy-rd=0.77:no-chroma-me=1:trellis=2:no-fast-pskip=1

Here I'm using an exaggerated CRF value of 40.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I'd also love to see an option to be able to change the fps in Voukoder!
