try many setting with duplicated projects

now fear not rendering in AE

tested AE version 2022 2023 Beta

my pc

8700k rtx 3080 12Gb ram 24

I can manage to make premiere pro 2023 and dvr 18 to run at full gpu speed 90-100%

but not ae with the same setting

I wonder if I missed something or it's normal for ae?

project 1080p upscale to UHD 7 sec but rarely use gpu

*oh almost forgot to ask, I used the same setting pp2023 and dvr 18 but pp2023 seem to be very poor output with the larger file size than dvr 18 I've check my setting twice
