Are you using Voukoder, or VoukoderPro? Which version?

I'm using Windows 10, 2020 Media Encoder, and 2020 After Effects.
When rendering H.265 (nvdia HEVC) video and AAC audio in mp4 or avi format, the video does not play.
But the video plays well in mkv format.
If I change it to mp4 using another program's stream copy, there is no problem with playback.
