It is still a premiere issue. vRender is Premiere.. everything right from it voukoder.
btw, please don't copy logfiles as images. There is a button "Copy to clipboard."

I have not yet contacted support. I'm more confused by the fact that Nvenc didn't work on my system from the nvenc4everyone. But in some cases I managed to load the GPU by 30-40% with both your software and Nvenc. Trying to gather more information.
This is most likely the reason. Decoding UHD HEVC (with maybe no GPU acceleration) can be tough. But this is a Premiere issue, not a Voukoder issue. You might ask Adobe if there is a way to improve this.
Today I updated to version 2.07 (thanks for supporting the product!). I converted my source video to mp4 with h.264 using ffmpeg and then I tried to render the video. All the same, my GPU 2-3% used time export, CUDA is disabled in the project settings.
Maybe disabling the iGPU could improve performance. On my old system this helped.

The High render times (3/4 s per frame) could mean that premiere has a hard time decoding the source video. I guess it is a HEVC video, right?

Do you use lots of effects and video filters? Please post a media info of your source files.
The video used in this project was recorded on IPhone X in resolution 3840x2160 60 FPS, the format of file .mov. Final render in 1920x1080 60 FPS. No special effects other than video acceleration are used in the project.
Your processor is already at 100% and can't produce more. Please also attach your logfile from the settings tab.
