I've found an issue with Vegas Pro 19 encoding with 2 pass enabled. The output file is not created and (as I can see in .log file) encoding stops on first pass. Attached log files from export.
I've managed to reproduce it on x264 and x265. I didn't had time to look on other codecs. My Voukoder version is 13.4.1
