Hi Vouk
About the 14 day limited trial license, what is the limit? 14 days or there are other limitations?
Hi Vouk

Vouk Just a question in regards to the PRO version and MPEG4 muxer, I don't know if it should have bit rate option or not, whether it's missing or it is what it is, I've tried to render a TEST file but the result was (1293 kb/s)
I'm not an expert but was wondering if that is normal or not
Yes, sorry. I'll fix it.
Edit: The issue is fixed with the next release. The command line is working with it.
Oh, thank you so much, I'm glad to hear that. Can't thank you enough.
I have taken the courage to install the v19 Beta 1 version for DaVinci Resolve and tested Voukoder Pro v1.2.1 briefly and it worked as it was in version 18.6.6
Hi Vouk
I've trying your command without any luck but I found out when you add the execute node even if it's empty without any command it doesn't work, so maybe the problem is in that node itself
Another thing, in Voukoder pro h264_nvenc when I try to change the coder to CABAC and come back to it it shows AC, never stays on CABAC or if you change to CAVLC it'll show VLC
are these settings the same? CABAC & AC or CAVLC & VLC?
Sorry, I don't mean to be a pain, but the LOSSLESS option of that same codec gives blank video, it renders and everything but the result a black Video. I say this for you to know, not a complain
Damn ... you're right. I forgot about that. I'll fix this asap.
Thanks so much for updating the Pro version, it's amazing. but I have a question:
at the moment I'm using h264_nvenc with H264 extension, and I've been RENAMING the extension to H.264 "with a dot in between" and that works for me, but is there a command in the file node where I can automatically rename the extension? Don't mis understand me please, it's easy for me to do so in explorer but if there is a command where I can add the dot it'll be even nicer.
thanks again for all your hard work
Or more specifically:
Thanks so much

Hi
I want to thank you for your hard work and the beautiful interface of Voukoder Pro. But for some reason using version 1.2.0 I can't find to adjust the Bitrate variables for H2.64 & MPEG-2 I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong but I just can't find them.
And same goes for the AC3 & EAC3 audio
Also, is there a manual to explain those settings and numbers?
Thanks in advance
Dave
You can use Voukoder/VoPro to render a compatible MP4 video file containing AC3 audio, and TMPGEnc will pass it through without re-encoding.
That would be amazing
but my only problem is that I've been out of real work for sometimes and I'm trying to avoid unnecessary extra purchase, to me if I want to pay for something to solve this it would be more cheaper to buy the MainConcept plug-in (from memory it's one purchase with free updates if I'm not wrong) it gives very high quality render straight to DVD Architect which I'm already used to, but I'm VERY Glad to hear that there is an alternative for me when my work gets better.
for audio only NO Chance I can export from DaVinci resolve with the classic version, only with Voukoder Pro, I've tried it NO option whatsoever. because DR splits the audio and video in 2 tabs and when you disable video voukoder classic doesn't exist in the dropdown menu anymore so my only option is the PRO version which I love it's amazing the way it's done far better than the classic, all I have to do is brake the chain for the video and it's done, you've selected the audio
by the way, it's Voukoder Pro that I'm using, the Voukoder Classic can't export AC3 5.1 audio only from DaVinci Resolve like it does in VEGAS Pro, but with Voukoder Pro I can.
DVD supports MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 video formats.
It's for Blu-Ray, and the DVD Architect's manual says either AVC or MPEG-2 for that format. I don't do DVDs anymore, only Blu-Rays and MP4 doesn't work without re-compression.
At the moment I render to DNxHD or DNxHR and then re-Compress via DVD Architect, but I'd like to avoid double compression if I can
You're trying to make a DVD?
No it's a Blu-ray, 1080x1920 but I think the low bit rate in the voukoder might've caused the problem, not sure. According to mediaInfo it's VERY low, and there is NO option to increase it to try it.
The one on right from mainconcept demo, works fine so is the ones I make from VEGAS Pro, but I'd like to be able to export AVC or MPEG-2 from DaVinci Resolve.
There's a trial period if you just want to download and try TMPGEnc.
I've been thinking about TMPGEnc, I might have to give it a try
HI
I see in VoukoderPro v1.1.0 you've added MPEG-2 encoder / muxer and I thank you for that, but I've tried it and took the output of m2v into DVD Architect and for some reason DVD Architect want to recompress it again, unlike m2v from vegas or mainconcept that goes without re-compression, am I doing something wrong? I've tried type YUV 4:2:0 & YUV 4:2:0 and both gave the same result, not sure why this happening.
Thanks again
I'll look at it to add an MPEG2 encoder / muxer.
Would ".AVC" possible? easier to achieve? because this format is also supported by DVD Architect without re-encoding.
