Bad sound from After Effects

I tried a new version 2.3-beta1 and got a bad result - the sound is damaged. The shape of the sound is distorted, and some periodic holes have been added.

Try this with FullHD 60fps

My mistake. I forgot to set the required level 4.2.
But maybe instead of After Effects breaking, the coder should have reported an error? And I could change the settings.

Why can not turn off Channels parameter, all the time it reset to "RGB+Alpha" value. This is suspicious. Moreover, these codecs (mp4/h264) do not support the transparency.
