I'm encoding a video using hevc_qsv. I noticed that the output video has slow decoding in video players, and I can't drag the progress bar. I encountered the same problem when encoding with standalone ffmpeg v6.0, but the output is normal when using standalone ffmpeg v7.0.
I'm using Intel Core i5-12400 with UHD Graphics 730, and here's my command using ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -i "input.mp4" -pix_fmt nv12 -acodec copy -vcodec hevc_qsv -look_ahead 1 -global_quality 21 -preset veryslow "output.mp4"
