Just solved it, it was the partition blocks options and now they look i dentical, thank you

My friends copy of TMPGEnc includes a CBR option, which is not in the voukder plugin (or x264 regularly as far as im concerned). Rate Tolerance 0.0 achieves this but actually has worse quality then the CBR implementation in TMPGEnc.

It's tedious to have 1 preset all the time, and you cant have other existing presets on a drop down. You can only have 1 at the moment. Also you cant copy and paste the commands anyway so there is no use really of teh text box on the bottom for now. I think it would be easier if we could copy paste in that text box with paremeters or have a preset system
