Thank you so much for the quick reply. indeed, it was the FPS difference !. Please tell me more on what it depends on what settings the use of a video card by a coder. Sometimes the video encodes and the video card is loaded at 90-100%, but now only 15%. Where can this be set up? many thanks again

I ask you to help me figure it out - when I try to encode Vuokoder into Premiere Pro, I get this error - "unable to initialize the encoder" I tried to use both h264 nvenc and just h264 with standard settings. I also tried according to your recommendation to set Select bwdif or yadif in the filters - the result is the same. I use the latest nvidea drivers - nvidia studio driver 442.92 from 04.16.2020 I attach a screen of error shots, as well as log files for each option. Just in case, I attach a Dxdiag report.
