I fixed it by reinstalling vegas, but now, unless for some reason its intended, video encode is only about 10%. making it only slightly faster than CPU encoders

What I mean in the title is that the hardware encoders are (reported by taskmanager) using video decode... but why? Used to work.

I don't know why it all of a sudden stopped working

Edit: using either x265 or HEVC give the same result, no CPU usage and no video encode on the GPU, only video decode
